  • Go to your profile.

  • Click/Tap Manage Photo.

  • Select an album (Public or Private).

  • Select how you want to upload a photo (Add Photo or Take a Picture).

  • Please be patient while the team reviews your photo.

After uploading your photo, you may have noticed that it doesn’t immediately show up on your profile. This is because someone from the team has to review the authenticity of the photo to ensure that it was not stolen.

But don’t worry. Once your photo has been approved, it will automatically show on your profile for all users to see.

  • Only TrulyThai members with a Premium account will be able to share private photos. To know how to become a Premium Member, please proceed to the next section.

  • If you already have a Premium account, you can share your photos through messages. Simply go to your match's profile and click Send Message or tap on the Message icon. Then, click or tap the Photo icon found in your chat box and select the photos you want to send over.

  • On the top section of the screen, click GO PREMIUM.

  • Select your preferred subscription plan. Please note that the 7-day trial will only be offered once.

  • Enter all the necessary banking/card details.

TrulyThai accepts payments from:

  • All major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa.

  • Paypal

If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you need a customer support representative to assist you.

  • Go to Contact Us

  • Select your preferred way to reach us and someone from our team will get in touch with you shortly.

If you wish to get a refund, you need a customer support representative to assist you.

  • Go to Account Settings and select the Change Email tab.

  • Type in your new email address and click Save Changes.

  • Click Forgot Password located under the log in form.

  • Type in your email address and click Send Request.

  • Click on the change password link we sent to your email and type in your new password.

  • Click Change Password.

  • Go to Account Settings and select Manage Account.

  • Click Deactivate Account.

  • Once you’ve deactivated your account, current TrulyThai members will no longer see your profile.

  • To reactivate your old TrulyThai account, simply log in with your old email and password.

  • Please keep in mind that once you’ve removed your account, you can no longer reactivate it. You will have to create another TrulyThai account to access the dating platform.

If you ever notice any unusual activities from other members, please report them immediately.

  • Go to their profile and click Report User

  • State the reason why you want to report the member and then click Submit Report.

  • Your report will be immediately checked by our support team.

  • Go to their profile and click Block User.

  • Confirm the action. Once done, the blocked member will no longer be able to see your profile or contact you.
