About me

I enjoy teaching my students and playing music in different jazz and independent bands in countries around Asia. All facets of city living are great but I also like to relax in unspoilt natural places. I've lived and worked in both Bangkok and Hong Kong for quite a long time and live a varied and busy life. I'd consider myself as being fairly culturally sensitive. I'm definitely not looking for a 'tour guide' and promise to be polite! Please read all of my profile before contacting me, I don't have time to answer anyone who I don't have anything in common with. I'm interested in meeting you if you: are interested in art, live music, European literature and films, are interested in all kinds of travelling whether high end or more adventurous, are creative, financially independent, have a quirky sense of humour, are involved in an interesting career or direction in life, are looking to make a connection with someone with similar interests for the long term. You are not interested in:, drama, petty gossip, TV soaps, celebrity culture. Are not: dishonest/duplicitous, inactive, materialistic, looking for someone to look after children you have already. I'm looking for an equal relationship, I don't do 'look after' or sponsor.
