About me

Hi, I'm retired having worked having worked as a search and rescue co-ordinator for the Irish Coast Guard for 25 years and I needed a new life challenge so I returned to Thailand to teach english as a volunteer teacher in the orphanage school in Phatthalung where I hope to be for a long time to come. I've lived alone since a major relationship of 8 years broke-up and I've tried to date but I don't drink alcohol so I don't go to the bars looking to meet someone. I love music, concerts, travelling, reading, movies, nature, restaurants, ice cream, seeing new countries and new people, helping people if I can, smiling. laughing and having fun and much more but I'm no angel. I'm easy-going but I can't stand rude people. I treat my companions well but I can't tolerate 'game players', sincere people are my kind of people. i am also very spiritual not religious. If we connect and get on well together I will travel to meet you. I truly believe that the most important thing in life is Love and living without Love in my life is difficult for me. Loneliness is hard to take and this is my first attempt at online dating. I can be quite shy when I meet people first but I do get better and my friends say I've got a wicked sense of humor.
