About me

After years of not knowing why we are here, it’s good to centre and spend time on what is important. Nothing is impossible when it comes to doing what is right. I devote my time to growing and giving back more than I receive, in turn I find that in fact I receive more than I could dream of. I spend my time, writing, meditating, doing voluntary work, keeping in shape; yoga, pilates, running, swimming, cycling, walking. I love the outdoors and nature. When you let go life is so much more colourful, complete and rewarding. I look forward to meeting you.
