I'm an upbeat, gregarious gentleman that knows how to have fun. I live a block from the beach and have an active lifestyle complemented by travel. For the last 20 years, I've been my own boss as a real estate investor. I love the sun, the surf, the jungle, music, and am looking for a drama free partner (with no kids) with which to spend my days.
