About me

I am an active romantic guy who loves the outdoors and nature, the simple things in life. I enjoy motorcycle riding in the country, mountain hiking, kayaking, bicycling, swimming, campfires and most animals. I feel we should be good stewards of the environment, we did not inherit the earth from our parents, we are borrowing it from our children. I also enjoy a spirited conversation with my significant other and or friends. My hobbies include photography, woodworking, machining, welding and snow skiing, although I don’t get to do it that often and when I can SCUBA diving. I’m a volunteer firefighter/EMT. I’m not rich and probably never will be, I have a full time job that pays the bills. If you are looking for someone with a lot of money then skip over me, I'm not your guy. I feel that true happiness comes from the heart and the friends and family you can share it with. I’m very loyal and although I can be a bit stubborn, when it comes to the ones I care about there’s not much I won’t do for them. I’m not that Knight in shining armor who gallops in on his brazen stallion to save the day and then jaunts off into the sunset, I’m the guy who rides in on his draft horse in blue jeans and a tee-shirt, handle the disaster and stays to assure the situation is secure.
